He is currently the Head Grower, bringing four decades of horticultural experience to the team. After earning his degree in horticulture from Washington State University, he gained experience through internships at Longwood Gardens and Chollipo Arboretum in South Korea before serving as Head Propagator at the renowned Heronswood Nursery for 11 years.

He joined Heritage Seedlings in 2004 and later spent time in China leading the development of a new nursery before returning to continue overseeing Heritage's propagation and production team. Known for his problem-solving approach and passion for mentoring others, Eric is proud to help develop both exceptional plants and the next generation of nursery professionals while guiding Heritage's future growth.
