He has supported nearly every department from propagation, shipping, production, to inventory data management, giving him a unique perspective on the growing process.

Combining technical expertise with hands-on field experience, he oversees inventory planning, product allocation, and availability reporting to help ensure accurate information and seamless coordination between production, sales, and customers.
