Free flowering in the nursery when very young, this unusual new cultivar is a strong grower, well branched and vigorous. Though it flushes in spring with entirely green leaves, new leaves that emerge through the summer months are speckled pink and white and darken to pink as nights cool and strawberry-like fruits ripen in autumn.
