Acer palmatum 'Japanese Sunrise'

This Coral Bark maple has a dynamic personality as it seems to vary its color more than older selections. In the winter the new stems are coral-red to orange and even yellow depending on sun exposure and vigor. It is fairly vigorous, reaching nearly 20' at maturity.
