Magnolia acuminata 'Blue Opal'

Flowers open as the leaves unfurl, missing late frosts. The outer tepals are greenish but covered with a blue glaucous waxiness giving the overall effect of a blue-green and light grey-blue while the inner tepals are pale yellow. Growing into a small irregular tree.
